A Christmas Shopping evening at Redmarley Village Hall is an annual festive event, now in its 14th year, and it will feature stallholders from across the three counties.

The shopping evening is organised by the Redmarley Under 5’s playgroup, a registered charity "set up to provide a stimulating, fun and safe environment for local mums and toddlers from the surrounding villages, to meet and play".

This year the seasonal shop will take place on Wednesday, November 11, from 6pm to 9pm.

Event organiser Catherine Lumb from Redmarley said “This is a vital fundraiser for our village playgroup and we’re hoping for another great turnout. Over 450 people came along last year and we raised enough money to keep the playgroup running for the whole year.

"We’ve been delighted with the number and variety of stall holders again, it just goes to show how much home grown, creative talent there is in this area. The Redmarley Christmas Shopping Evening is all about supporting local business and buying local, there will be individual presents and stocking fillers for all ages and all budgets."

Entry is free and shoppers can enjoy refreshments including mulled wine, fruit punch and mince pies, tea and a special festive coffee.
