A CLASSIC of the French stage is to come to Ledbury's Market Theatre.
A modern English translation of Tartuffe, one of Moliere's most beloved plays, will be brought to life by the Ledbury Amateur Dramatic Society with a three night run, from April 23 to April 25, from 8pm each evening.
The plot concerns a lustful and scheming hypocrite, Tartuffe, who cheats a rich merchant through pretending to be pious and godly.
