The village hall, which is being replaced with the new community centre.
WORK will begin on the new Garway community centre by the end of September.
The Garway Village Hall trustees said the legal paperwork has now been signed and they have appointed William Powell and Sons builder as their contractor.
The centre is primarily funded by the Big Lottery Fund but part of the kitchen and café/bar has been funded by a grant from the Trust House Foundation.
