THE team at Hereford Specsavers are up to their eyeballs in Halloween fun tomorrow (Friday).
Centrepiece of the Maylord Street store’s scary day is a “guess the number of eyeballs in a jar “ competition – with a chance to win the sweets.
Behind the frights is a fundraising bid for Breast Cancer Care and The Haven, Hereford.
Store director Nialle Smith said: “‘Both causes support those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, but there are only three Haven centres in the country.
We thought by holding a spooky day on Halloween we could have some real fun with our customers, while communicating a very serious message and raising awareness of the work the charities do.”
