THE Knighton Show and Carnival has had a recent and welcome boost to their funds.
Chairman of Knighton Show and Carnival, Matthew O'Rourke recently collected a donation from Mr William Watkins of Radnor Hills, Knighton for £4000.
The Knighton Show and Carnival will be taking place on August 26 with big crowds expected.
We are once again, organisers are very thankful to Mr Watkins for being their main sponsor once again this year.
The committee are also pleased to announce that they will be holding a Presidents Party with live music on Saturday from 7.30pm at the Knighton Hotel. Tickets are priced at £15 to include hot buffet food and are available from Bradford's, CCF and presidents Paul and Helen Davies on 01547 520099 or 07792645342.
