THE Ledbury Library Development Group held their third annual quiz that was once again hosted by Sara-Jane Arbury who created another highly entertaining event.

The new venue for the quiz was the Royal Hall, next to the Royal Oak Inn, where the delightful Heaney family made everyone very welcome.

This year's winners were the Fairy Dorks and their team name will now be engraved on the Library Live Quiz shield, which is displayed in Ledbury library.

With minimal costs the evening made just over £600. This will be used to support schools events at Ledbury library, about which the LLDG are currently in discussion with the library team.

Nina Shields chairman of the LLDG and Louise Gerrish, librarian are delighted with the money raised so far enabling the purchase of children's poetry and other books, large print books, a lovely colourful play-mat, chairs, seating, a contribution to the digitising equipment and more to support Ledbury library and its users.
