Winnning smiles as the certificate is handed over
THE 1st Hereford Scouts recently took part in their annual Chip Shop Survey of establishments in and around their headquarters situated in the Bartonsham area.
The photograph shows the manager of Oceans Fish and Chip Bar in St Owens Street, receiving a Thanks Certificate from young leader Thomas Gummery, and scouts Jude Spencer and Frederick Adamson, for coming 'top of the chips' in this year's survey.
