ON June 27 on a beautiful fine afternoon Presteigne Primary School held their annual Junior Sports day.
During the afternoon the draw took place for a bottle of wine and a jar of sweets - the winners were Haley Wood and David Pickard.
After a healthy afternoon of friendly competition the final results for the three school teams were Nash 3rd with 391 points, Silia 2nd with 415 points and the winners Warden with 447 points.
