The students at the Three Counties Hotel, Hereford
THE end of school prom for students at Newtown High School's John Beddoes campus in Presteigne was held at the Three Counties Hotel in Hereford.
The students arrived by coach to the event where they enjoyed a three course meal and then watched a video of their days in the school.
Several students were presented with special awards chosen by their fellow classmates including the person most likely to become a pop star, the prime minister and a millionaire, the happiest student, the laziest, most sporting and the Prom King and Queen.
The joint prom kings were Ben Williams and Kieran Scotford and the Prom Queen was Abbie Davies.
After the presentations the students danced into the night to music from a local DJ.
