THERE was a good attendance of 20 members at the meeting on May 4.
The main event of the meeting was a unique display by guest John Mayne on the history and postal history of German Togo. The society were shown over 200 sheets of fascinating and often rare material which was ably commented on by the speaker.
On behalf of the members Mr Darrell Kellett thanked the speaker for showing this remarkable collection.
The society meets at St Martins Parish Centre, Ross Road, Hereford at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month. New members welcome. There is ample parking space. Members of the society collect stamps, post cards and postal history and have several displays each year by visiting speakers.
