IN a recent presentation, Helen Taylor, chairman of the Herefordshire Health Service Retirement Fellowship (HHSRF) together with; Ann Rosser, vice-chairman, and a few committee members donated a cheque for £260 to Ginnie Jaques, services manager for Herefordshire Alzheimer's Society.
To raise funds the HHSRF members held an afternoon 'cream tea party' by baking and donating an amazing range of scones and cakes, strawberries, jam and cream. They were also supported by friends and local business's the Moka Bar, Hillman's Florists and Laura Ashley. In addition, they had some super raffle prizes and auctioned off the left over cakes and flowers. They would like to thank everyone for their generous donations, help and support which made this event so successful.
