SEPTEMBER 2014 saw a scorchingly successful h-Art 2014 - the exceptionally great weather brought a magnificent turn out of visitors to the 16 artists venues in the South Region. For the second year running artists teamed up with local businesses to offer an attractive arts trail prize draw. Mr and Mrs Gove the winners in the Southern Region Draw, picked up their prize of approx £100 of goodies from Nick Helme's Art Studio. The prize was kindly donated by the very generous Ross-on-Wye traders - including: Colemans Stationers, Truffles Deli, Ross Health and Beauty, Pengethley Farm Shop, Pengethley Garden Centre, Ross Cookshop, Gyte Outdoor Leisure, Parkers General Store and Broome Farm Cider.
All the artists would like to say thank you to the local companies and all the visitors who supported them during h.Art week. Although its early - please note many artists will be opening their studios for Christmas the last weekend in November and the first weekend in December - a wonderful opportunity to buy Christmas gifts and treats direct from the makers.
