HARPIST Jemima Phillips and soprano Jennifer Walker present a concert of favourite songs and music for the harp at St Catherine’s Church, Hoarwithy on Saturday.
Jemima, a former Hereford Cathedral School student, was harpist to the Prince of Wales from 2004 to 2007 and played at his wedding to Camilla Parker-Bowles at Windsor Castle.

The songs are drawn from a wide repertoire including the lovely Ruhe sanft from Mozart’s opera Zaide, the show-stopping O mio babbino caro from Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, a selection of Welsh folk songs and Gershwin’s lilting Summertime from Porgy and Bess, along with other favourites.
Tickets are £10 from The Outbacck, Church Street, Hereford on 01432 275063; Rossiter Books, 7 High Street, Ross -on-Wye on 01989 564464; or The New Harp Inn, Hoarwithy.
