COMMUNITY LARDERS - The harvest appeal is for tinned meat, potatoes, fruit, custard and rice pudding as well as tea, coffee, dried milk and sugar. These can be left at the back of Ewyas Harold Church and used to help feed needy families in Herefordshire. For further information, call 01432 373311.

SPEED - There are proposals to reduce the limit in and around the village from 40mph to 30mph. The proposed start of the new limit is Cherry Tree Orchard on the Pontrilas road but some residents feel that it would be more appropriate for it to commence at the A465 turning at Pontrilas. Details are posted on telegraph poles around the village. To comment on this or any other of the changes, contact trocomment@amey.co.uk.
