POLICE have sealed off a Hereford flat after a mother and her new born baby jumped off a first floor balcony this morning.
At this stage, it is still unclear how seriously injured the baby is, but the mother is conscious.
The fall happened in Jubilee Court, between Kilvert Road and Broxash Drive, The Oval, shortly before 10.15am.
