THE editor of GQ magazine has added his voice to the campaign against a new supermarket in Hay-on-Wye.
Writing for the MailOnline website this week, Dylan Jones, who owns a house near Hay, said Powys County Council’s controversial plans to sell the school site and allow a supermarket to be built in the centre of the book town “makes a mockery of the Government’s plans to revitalise our high streets”.
“Hay already has one, so why ruin it with a new supermarket?” he said.

On March 30, Hay group Plan B will host a gig at The Globe to help fund its campaign against Powys County Council's controversial plan.
