HEREFORDSHIRE Council has taken a hit in the High Court with plans to scatter miles of polytunnels around a scenic valley facing a judicial review because a 16-page petition opposing the scheme was not shown to councillors.
Though scores of villagers in Kings Caple opposed the plans, the court heard that their petition was not included in a report to the planning committee that gave the scheme the go-ahead.
