THE work of a Leominster artist is to be auctioned off to raise funds for the grieving families of four Welsh miners.
John Hutchins produced his Queen Mother picture back in 2003 – a year after she died – and included in it images of famous events that took place during her 101-year life.
He says he will sell the painting to the highest bidder to raise funds for the families of the miners killed at the Gleision Colliery earlier this month.
