A Bromyard school will be treated to a flying visit from the Red Arrows next Wednesday (Oct 12).
But their approach to Queen Elizabeth Humanities College will be slower - as they’ll be swapping wings for two wheels.
Some 20 cyclists from the display team and the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight will stop at the school around 12.30pm.
The group are passing through Bromyard on a fund-raising bid to cycle across the UK’s widest point in four days.
The QE visit will be the group’s only stop in Herefordshire during their run from St David’s Head to Lowestoft in Suffolk.
Visitors are welcome to attend and make donations to the group, aiming to raise £50,000 for the RAF Association and the Fly2help scheme.
