SUMMER BOUNTY, CANCELLATION - It is regretted that, due to lack of support, the table top sale of Summer bounty due to be held at Burley Gate village hall tomorrow (Friday), has had to be cancelled.
ORCHARD WALK - There will be an Orchard walk at Panks Bridge Farm, Much Cowarne (HR7 4JB), this Saturday, from 2.30pm. £5 per adult, children £1 (dogs on a lead please). Proceeds to Much Cowarne church. Tea or cider refreshments available for a small charge at the farmhouse after the walk. Further information from panksbridge@hotmail.co.uk, 01432 820282.
AUTUMN FETE - The Much Cowarne Autumn fete will be held at Tan House Farm from 2pm on September 3, and will feature steam railway rides at Capon Bridge (opposite the fete site). Other attractions will include cakes, books, toys, crafts, plants and tombola.
