SIMPSON HALL DIARY - Today (Thursday) Burghill Bridge Club meets at 6.45pm. On Sunday, Pathfinders meet at 6pm for art with a difference.
Wednesday, Burghill CAP meets at 9am and at 7.45 pm there is Scottish dancing. October 1, Flicks in the Sticks is showing Avatar.
COFFEE - Tomorrow (Friday) St Mary’s Church is holding a coffee morning from 10.30am to noon, part of the Macmillan Biggest Coffee Morning in the World. There will also be bringand- buy, a cake stall and raffle.
LUNCH AND BELLS - On Monday in the church there will be ploughman’s lunches available from 12.30am and in the evening at 5.30 pm there will be handbell ringing.
