HEREFORDSHIRE runner Sarah Waldron returned from high altitude training in South Africa to knock 15 seconds off her personal best for the 3,000 metres.
The 18-year-old student competed in the British Isles Club meeting at Millfield School in Somerset and recorded her best of 9 mins 41 secs for the 3,000 metres to continue her progress in athletics.
She has already gained international cross country honours and is looking to better her times further.
