Ledbury Rugby Club's inaugural Sevens Tourn-ament attracted first class entries from England and Wales for a top prize of £5,000.
The Cup was won by Samurai who beat Public School Wanderers in the final.
Samurai had beaten Army 35-21 in the semi-finals, while PSW accounted for Oxford 26-14.
Hosts Ledbury had a bye in the semi-finals of the Plate and met Aberavon, who beat Malvern 24-19, in the final.
Aberavon won 45-10.
Mike Teague, of Gloucester, England and British Lions, presented the trophies and a donation will be made to SPIRE.
l Luctonians played their North Midlands Colts Plate final at Droitwich RFC and were narrowly beaten 14-12 by Bromsgrove.
