Ledbury's annual bonfire and firework display, a tradition for over 30 years, will take place on Friday, November 4, at 6.30pm at Ledbury Park.
The event will cost more than £3,000 to stage and Anthony Halls, the chairman of organisers Ledbury Round Table, is calling for support from business and individuals.
This year, each donation of £50 or more will be rewarded with a complimentary family ticket and all contributions will be announced over the public address system on the night.
Mr Halls added: "Any surplus from the event is used to support charities and other worthwhile causes, usually in the Ledbury area."
Over £6,000 was raised last year, with £2,000 going to the Tsunami Appeal, £1,000 to the Jordanne Wheelchair Fund, £1,000 to the County Air Ambulance and £2,000 to Colin Javens Spinal Injury Trust.
Anyone wishing to sponsor this year's event should phone 01531 660328.
