MEMBERS of the Tewkesbury Road Action on Polytunnels Group have met with Newent town councillors to discuss their concerns.
Coun Len Lawton, speaking at the council meeting on Monday, said concerns had been passed to Gloucestershire County Council about the effect of run-off of water eroding the road and bank near Lancaster Terrace and of the blocking off footpaths.
The licence for the polytunnels is up for renewal in the spring.
