I WOULD like to reply to Barbara Morgan Jones letter on behalf of Atkins Health Asset Management, who maintain the grounds and gardens of Hereford County Hospital.
The County Hospital site has this year successfully entered both Hereford and Wye Valley in Bloom and Hereford City floral decoration competitions.
On both occasions we received high accolades and have been presented with first- place certificates in both. This is not the first time we have entered these competitions and have received awards going back to 1999, when we became responsible for the maintenance of the site.
We do agree with your correspondent's views on the public approach to the car parks and we are progressing our plans to improve these areas in the coming seasons.
