REIGNING Hereford Snooker League champions Potting Shed Z had a bye in this season's opening matches and so the first week honours went to Miller Boys.
They handed out a 5-0 drubbing to Railway C with newcomers K Mclaughlin and C Johnson among the winners.
The Reds also won 5-0 against Farmers A, John Packwood making the highest break of the week with a 38.
Potting Shed A won 4-1 against league newcomers Herodians, James Falconer winning their first league point.
Military B won 4-1 against the Flukey Few with good wins for Pete Edwards and Neil Greening.
Potting Shed M, under new captain Antony Powell, won 4-1 against Legionares, J Lines winning their only point.
In the closest contest of the week, Farmers B won 3-2 against Conmen with John Williams taking the important third point before Alan Silcox won the last frame for the away team.
