BROMYARD bully Jasmyn Lawson made life a misery for her neighbours when she was just 11- years-old.
On Monday, Lawson, now 12, became the youngest person in Herefordshire to be served with an Anti-Social Behaviour Order.
The order, made by Hereford magistrates, runs until August 2008. It bans her from engaging in any form of violence, intimidation, damage or harassment and even swearing. Any breach would put her behind bars.
The court heard Lawson, of Firs Lane, had inflicted months of misery on her neighbours.
Police spokesman Neil Campbell said she was a "vindictive" child who influenced a number of youngsters and would retaliate physically or verbally when crossed.
Her offences include:
Violently bullying the 11- year-old daughter of a witness and abusing the girl's mother in public.
Forcing a family to move as the leader of a gang which carried out repeated attacks on their home.
Making foul, abusive calls to a 10-year-old girl.
Repeatedly taunting a woman as a Lesbian.
Forcing a girl to flee into a stranger's house out of fear, then trying to kick her way in.
But magistrates also heard the youngster was trying to change her ways.
Speaking for Lawson, Anthony Weston, said she was cultivating a different circle of friends and was soon to start a new school.
Lawson's mother Lisa said her daughter wanted the chance to change.
