JURO Antiques in Bromyard Road, Whitbourne, could be converted into four houses. Plans to create a small residential development, with room to retain commercial activity, have been submitted to Herefordshire Council.
An application to convert an unused barn at Little Merrifield Farm, Stoke Lacy, into accommodation has also been submitted, along with a plan for a two-storey extension at Quarry Bank Cottage, The Downs, Bromyard, and a boiler house at Whitbourne Primary School.
