TAMIKA MKANDAWIRE (5): (Centre-back, 28-5-1983, 5'11'', 66+1/8) The success story of last season, Malawi-born Mkandawire is now one of the first names to be written down on Graham Turner's team sheet. Pace and an ability to read the game made his choice in the Non-League Paper's Conference team of the year no surprise, particularly as he seems to have cut out the occasional reckless tackle which brought a little cluster of cards. Another former West Bromwich Albion trainee, Mkandawire, as well as bottling up opposing forward lines, also proved a danger going forward, picking up seven goals during the campaign.
