FRIENDS of Hereford Sea Cadets are staging a fundraising WyeSide Music Festival in the grounds of Hereford Rowing Club on Saturday, August 13.
The event starts at 12 noon till midnight, with the gates opening at 11am.
Musical attractions include folk, acoustic rock, country, rock and blues from a line-up of local bands including Kimber, Grasshopper and the Lakes also The Intermet Roadshow, featuring Colette Nichols, Ultimate Peach, Indi Hawkes unplugged, Jacks Hammer, Pyroclast, Common Orange and Frantik.
For families there will be a bouncy castle, fairground rides, drum workshop, face painting and panic circus, which involves juggling, magic, unicycles and dancing.
With local business Stage Monsters providing the PA and stage lighting, the Wyeside Music Festival is also geared up for wet weather with marquees and the circus tent.
Tickets are are available from Nick Fisher Music, Commercial Road, Hereford, Leominster Music Centre, Avenue Road, Leominster and Ross Records, Croft Court, Ross-on-Wye.
