FRESH allegations have been brought against the two Herefordshire men who have been remanded in custody since March in connection with the alleged kidnap of a Peterchurch couple.
Steven James Howe, 32, of Crossways, Peterchurch, appeared at Hereford Magistrates' Court on a new charge of aggravated burglary.
He and 23-year-old Robert Simpson, formerly of Primrose Close, are both charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm against the male victim.
Both defendants are due to appear again on June 2.
Howe and Simpson are also charged with kidnap and attempted murder. Howe is charged with incitement to rape and Simpson is charged with rape.
