JUNIOR members of Hereford Rowing Club had a fruitful visit to the Poplar and Blackwell Regatta in London with victories for Rob Francis and Rebecca Young.
Francis took his win in the junior-14 single sculls, adding to his previous success in the singles sculls at the West Midlands trials and as a member of the winning quad sculls at Evesham.
Young was triumphant in the women's junior single sculls, which also followed up victories at the West Midlands trials and at Evesham.
Meanwhile, James Ford, Alex Clark, Hannah Peters and Rosalind Moore benefited from their first taste of competitive rowing at a meeting in Shrewsbury.
