HABERDASHERS' Monmouth School for Girls is the only venue in Wales to host the fabulous Dance Fever 2000 during its 18-date tour of the UK.

And for anyone who is serious about fun and funk, this ultimate disco workout is not to be missed.

Dance Fever 2000 stars two of the best dance, fitness and aerobic professionals in the world. Alex Rees and Roy Gayle need no introduction to dance lovers -- especially Roy who is an old friend of HMSG. Each will lead an afternoon of separate Latin and Funk sessions, finished off by a duo class featuring boogie, strut and bump.

Alex Rees is one of the world's most sought -after aerobic professionals. She is frequently seen on TV, was recipient of the 1996 Fitness Leader of the Year Award and appears internationally at the most important conventions. Roy is a fitness advisor to many celebrities and is a familiar face on Jim Davidson's Generation Game and many other TV shows. He was a leading light in the highly acclaimed 'A Chorus Line' from where he went to star in the world -famous dance troupe, 'Hot Gossip'. Dance Fever 2000 is in HMSG School Hall on the afternoon of July 2.

Roy Gayle returns to HMSG in late July in his role as master class leader at the fifth annual HMSG Dance Summer School. Summer School is HMSG's flagship dance and choreography event and more than 100 dancers, professional tutors and special guests will be attending a week dedicated to dance, friendship and fun. Summer School is open to residents and non-residents and runs from July 24-30.
