Leominster and Hinton will both rejoin the Premier Division for the new season in the Hereford Times Hereford-shire League.

Leominster return to the top flight as Division 1 champions after electing to drop down for the 1999-2000 season.

The Premier Division is restored to 14 clubs - the resignation of Hearts left the division a team short throughout much of last season - while the remaining three divisions each consist of 13 teams.

Premier Division bottom side Lads Club are relegated to Division 1 and join Golden Valley, who return from the Worcestershire League, plus Kington Colts and Painters, promoted from Division 2. Westfields Youth have withdrawn from Division 1.

Leintwardine Colts and Pegasus Colts drop into Division 2, where they will meet Division 3 champions Orleton. Bosbury have resigned from Division 2.

Poachers and Holme Lacy Reserves are new faces in Division 3, while K's have resigned and been replaced by a new K's 2000 side.

Skenfrith United are relegated from Division 2, while Moorfields and Bromyard Reserves have withdrawn.
