A MENAGERIE of pets collected over a decade by a Kentchurch woman are now on show for the first time.
Wendy Scudamore has brought together more than 100 animals, including pigs, cattle, hedgehogs, deer, goats and ducks, and has decided to open up the Barton Hill Animal Centre.
''This won't be a working farm, these are pets,'' she said. ''There will be activity hours, donkey grooming, egg collecting and a lovely walk around the grounds.
''It will be a chance for children and adults to really get to know these animals. They're all really tame and used to people.''
The centre will be open throughout the school holidays. For further details telephone 01981 240749.
