A FAREWELL gesture by the chief officer of Age Concern in Ledbury has pooled in the pounds for the charity.
Meg Rendle moves on at the end of September but was determined that her dedication would stay right up to the end so she did a sponsored 'swim-a-mile'.
She took to the water at Ledbury Swimming Pool, supported by colleagues, volunteers and people who benefit in the area from Age Concern's work.
