PUT a date in your diary for the weekend on October 7 and 8 to visit Eastnor Castle near Ledbury where a festival of fine food and drink is being held.
The festival has attracted the best of the region's producers and will also include a Victorian working kitchen with workshops for children, a cookery theatre with demonstrations and Herefordshire's own 'Ready, Steady, Cook'.
Eastnor Castle will provide the perfect location, set against the Malvern Hills and surrounded by a beautiful deer park, arboretum and lake. Combine this with the region's produce and this will be a day out to remember.
