POLICE in Thailand investigating the death of Brecon backpacker Kirsty Jones have charged a man with rape and conspiracy to murder.
Andrew Gill, who ran the Aree guest house in Chang Mai, was charged on Tuesday. Kirsty, aged 23, was murdered while on an around-the-world trip last month.
