PARISH COUNCIL - Kilpeck Parish Council's September meeting heard details of a Learning for Leisure initiative, 'Know Your Herefordshire Councillor', and received Waste Management newsletters. The Herefordshire Unitary Development Plan was discussed and circulated for councillors' comments. Information regarding civic amenity refuse collection was also received and noted. A number of holes in roads were reported for remedial action.There will be an audit of the council's accounts this month. A dedication of oak trees, planted in memory of Mr and Mrs Norris Meadmore, will take place after Kilpeck's harvest festival on Sunday, September 23, at 3pm.The next meeting of the council has been provisionally arranged for Monday, October 30, in Wormbridge School.
