HEREFORD Rowing Club's Rob Francis made a clean sweep of the men's junior-15 sculls at the annual Worcester Veteran and Junior Regatta. Thirteen-year-old Francis took victory in the singles and then teamed up with R Baker from St Neots to win the double sculls.
