THIS year's Ross-on-Wye bonfire and fireworks display may have attracted the biggest ever turnout.
Ross Lions Club, which organised the event, said the size of the attendance and the profits created would create a new record.
The trouble free night was in stark contrast to last year when the display had to be cancelled due to flooding - washing out one of the club's biggest fund-raisers.
Ross Lions would like to thank everyone who came along for the evening, the Chase hotel for the use of the grounds and the firms who loaned equipment.
