IMPORTANT moves in departments in Hereford hospitals could affect outpatients.
Patients with appointments until the middle of January could find their clinic has changed to another address.
Hereford Hospitals Trust is appealing to all those with an outpatient appointment at the County Hospital, or those with a rheumatology appointment, all between December 3 and the middle of January to ring them.
Call number
Call the outpatients department on 01432 364012 to find out if the location of your clinic has changed, and if so to be given new directions on where to go.
The Hearing Aid Clinic based at the General Hospital is also on the move in the near future.
All patients who plan to visit the clinic from December 17 should telephone the department on 01432 355444 to confirm where they have to attend.
The changes are all related to a gradual move into Hereford's new hospital building.
