FIERCE, fiery full-on folk-rock is what has built the

reputation of Bluehorses, taking them to headline appearances at Glastonbury and other festivals all over the UK and Europe and now to Hereford's Courtyard on Friday, January 18 at 8pm.

Fronted by the awesome twin fiddles of Liz Prendergast and Debs Peake - this is a band with a mission. They utilise all the well-established credentials of the finest traditional music from the UK, USA and Europe and lace them with elements of

classical, rock, jazz and electronics. Raucous examinations of contemporary social issues with razor-sharp teeth, mystical

gothic chiller fantasies, acoustic lullabies and heartfelt laments all rub shoulders with equal conviction.

Three rows of seats will be coming out of the front of The Courtyard auditorium for this one, to satisfy those of you with itchy feet so warm up for some New Year action.
