Hereford 3rd's outside chance of promotion from North East Division 5 ended when they lost 2-0 at Winchcombe in their final league fixture.

Hereford's goalkeeper Jack Higginson made some vital saves in the first half but he was powerless to keep out two short corner routines. Only towards the end did Tom Clarke and Malcolm Rogers find space down the right for Hereford.
