MADAM, I would like to congratulate The Hereford Times, or Hereford Council Planning Department (perhaps it should be both) for the new layout of the Planning Applications.
Highlighting in bold print specific places makes scrutiny much easier and quicker. Previously one had to wade through a veritable jungle of small print. Thank you.
