MADAM, I dread summers without a pool.
No doubt Leominster children will try to cool off in local rivers. Both the Lugg and the Arrow are dangerous and I expect you to carry reports of death by drowning of some Leominster children.
The procrastination of the council has been monumental. Not a turf has been cut nor a brick laid. Please, councillors rush through the construction. The town's need is urgent.
In the meantime as a sort of apology for the mismanagement of the swimming pool the cabinet and council might delay in introducing the iniquitous parking charges.
