THE call is going out to local golfers to help raise a bumper sum for this year's Mayor of Leominster's charity appeal.
The mayor, Patricia Thomas, is raising cash for the Leominster-based Marches Family Network, which helps the families of children with learning disabilities. It is at Leominster Golf Club on May 3 and entries are sought by April 5 for teams of four to take part in the 18-hole team Stableford contest.
