FAREWELL to Herefordshire Health Authority for its long serving chairman Cessa Moore.
But not the end of her work with the NHS. She has been appointed, in principle, as a non executive director of a new mega health authority to cover Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Coventry following government policy to abolish many local health authorities.
