Estelle van Warmelo, who directed last year's Courtyard production of 'Little Shop of Horrors' returns to the more intimate scale of The Courtyard's Studio Theatre with a production of David Mamet's acclaimed paly 'Oleanna' from April 9 - 12.
Oleanna electrified audiences with its ruthless dissection of sexual power games and political correctness when premiered in the UK in 1993. Mamet cunningly tempts the audience to take sides in the battle for supremacy between a college professor and his female student, while exploring the nature of language, how we communicate and how we educate. Starring Amy Fraser ('They Shoot Horses Don't They?' and 'Little Shop of Horrors') and Steve Vaughan ('Dracula', 'Romeo and Juliet').
